When an irregularity is presented in flagrancy (at the moment), you should not under any circumstance, intervening in the facts; your behavior should be limited to denounce right away to ANPIC or to the authorities the facts.
All suspects must be well supported and they cannot be based on rumors. Witnessed facts should be indicated in laws as an international trade irregularity.
2.- Establishing immediately contact with Sectors department or to the Tax Management Service is highly advised denouncing disloyal practices.
3.- You should not comment with any person known or witnessed facts.
